I just love sunday! ah! Yesterday I was in the office the entire afternoon until 10 pm. I helped another executive to finish up the annexes etc for her report that need to be submitted this monday. and Yes, we need 20 copies for say 2 Harry Potter thick book. Imagine that!! dang. Even the drawings to be attached already close to 100; imagine another consultants CV, results for noise, air & water, relevant standards, geological report, soil investigation, and etc. For 4 solid hours, i was folding the A3-size drawings to A4. We need about 2000 drawings to be folded. argh! Prior to that, me & the assistant drove to Damai to buy 2 boxes of A3-size paper. So in conclusion, I was dead tired yesterday.
Though as tired as it look, I still hang out with Jessie after 10 pm at McD drive-thru Sulaman. Ha ha. Hey i need to take my dinner/supper as well right?
I can’t waitttttt BKI-KUL! Seems that another cousin would be in the same flight as me on the 1st of May! Hahaha. and another closest cousin would be flying to KL a day before 1st. So the whole cousin-gang would be in KL!
I just love to drive from d Sulaman McD back to my house around Likas Bay! I love the coastal road along the bay!
Today I got to go to my cousin’s house at Kingfisher again. ah.

Yeay, I have received the approval of my scoping note today! So tomorrow I’m going to submit my Term of Reference (TOR) for my mixed development Project. Approval of TOR will take about 2 weeks & after that, I got to submit the draft of d final EIA to the client to review before submitting it to the relevant party. But before realizing the final EIA, I got to get the final development plan, drainage report, earthwork plan, soil investigation as well as geological report from other consultants as well as the client. dang. That will take ages. On top of that, I got to start going out & do the socio-economic survey & do the air & noise monitoring as well as water sampling at various proposed area.
As for my EMP, i have received results from the laboratory in Kuching. I have key in the data to the tabulated table in the report.
I have received the topographical plan from the client too for my quarry Project. Dang. I can’t open the soft copy of the plan. It is in .dwg file but my progeCAD can’t seem to open the drawing. Argh! I have predicted the possible surface runoff for the proposed Project. Hopefully the boss will not ask me to stimulate it in 3D or something. My knowledge of CAD is just up to editing the drawing & not up to the level of projecting the 3D from the 2-dimension. Or whatever it is. Lets just ask the draftsman to do that for me.
It was kinda quiet in the office just now as one of the executive away to some seismograph testing, 2 went to the seminar with the boss & 2 of the technicians are still away at the East Coast. There were only 6 of us in the office just now. ah.
I went to the gym to work out after work. Dang, huge crowd at the weight resistance floor. I joined the latino dance workout too & as usual, I enjoyed it very much. Today’s rhythm & steps were fairly fast that I sweat a lot. great work-out! Thumbs up to the dance instructor! She rawks!

Rellik is so cute! Just look at how lazy he is (i presume) with the hand lazily curl to the side & dang, look at those leg. mwhaha. He is one lazy doggie. I’m not a dog-person but i personally feel that this picture made me like ‘em. awww.
Oh btw, these are not my doggie. Credit to the doggie owner who prefer the style rather than the creature it-self. mwhaha. kiddin’!
I am uberly exhausted from today’s work. The whole morning I was busy networking with the rest of the colleagues, mwhahaha. We were discussing important things without moving an inch from our desk (which means we were using gmail chat to discuss & gossip. Today’s office atmosphere was a bit laid back as the boss was away to some seminar.
The headache came after lunch when I have to attend the consultants meeting for my Project. I was dang sleepy when they went into details & which doesn’t really require my attention. Dang, I was the youngest among all in the meeting room. Lucky the chairperson was generous enough to discuss the matter pertaining my side early in the meeting. and lucky the KK architect & CS engineer helped me & backed me up instead of just me explaining the whole process EIA thingy to the client. Most of the time, I kept quiet as they were discussing in more details of the structure, traffic impact etc. Anyway, I can’t discuss further much here. But it was an eye-opener to be in the same table with one of the most notable developer, architect & even traffic consultant in Malaysia. I have google-d some of them & based on their experiences, I feel so dang small as compared to them. No worries, I will be at the same level as theirs now in the future, amen.
Oh, I am still listening to the E=Mc2 everyday. I’m starting to like a couple of songs. More than a couple actually. But as usual, I’ll end up liking the whole album. So, yeah. My review would be a bit bias. Ha.ha.
I need to work on my photography skills too. But I just can’t find time to work on that. Since my cousin housewarming will be shifted from this saturday to friday, I think I am going to make a trip somewhere to polish more on my photography skills. Maybe to Tanjung Aru perhaps? I have yet to make a trip to the Sunset Bar there. Ha.ha. Me & my friend also planning to make a trip to Dalit beach as to where the Shangrila Rasa Ria located for another round of hangout. We just love to hangout at the sunset bar. Only thing is the Rasa Ria bar is called Sampan Bar instead of Sunset bar.

It is a norm to have a power-shut so frequently here at the Land below the Wind. So if you are new here, don’t be panic. Relax & curse every second you can and walla! The power will be back on, in freakin’ jiffy of time. dang! I was enjoying myself during the bodyjam session when suddenly around 6.40 pm, the whole of City Mall blanketed with darkness. The instructor was just about to combine all the latino cum hiphop moves into one set of movement when suddenly the power got cut-off. I waited until 7.30 pm before going back home. meh! Thought it’s going to be just in an hour of darkness, but it lasted 3 friggin’ hours. meh!
Nothing much happening today at work, except that I went to the EPD with the boss & discussed the current situation of my projects, both my mixed dev & quarry. ah. I can’t discuss much in detail here due to ethics (so my dear stalker reader, you got to ask me in person if you want to know more on the status of my work, meh!). I met with the previous officer & technician and later being introduced to the head of division.
I submitted my first EMP draft to the boss today! yeay! I’m 1 day early of submitting the draft.
Tomorrow I have to attend the consultant meeting for my second project as the boss will be away for the seminar. dang. There will be the biggest developer, C&S Engineers, Architect, M&E, and even Traffic consultants will be there. ah. Some more, there will be KK & KL consultants for the aforementioned parties. I have yet to decide on the other executive I’m going to drag to the meeting.
I got to study the DP & earthwork plan for tomorrow meeting. I’ll blog again later. ah.
Today I went to 4 shopping malls just to search for the latest Mariah’s album E=mc2. Phew, finally found it at the CD shop in City Mall. Went to City Mall with Jessie around 6.30 pm & had dinner etc until 9.30 pm. lol. Guess the album disappoint me a bit. I’m still listening to the whole album track. So, I’ll review it later.
