Ah. I’m waiting for my flight back to BKI! Finally! 1 more hour of waiting then I’ll be back to my much-love-KK. Dang. and don’t know how many McD coffee i drank today. Oh well, the site visit lasted for about 40 minutes. Can you imagine? This is absurd. Oh, well. I can’t complaint much. Work is still work though most of the time today I’m on facebook (Hey, I am still working okay!) 
Anyway, I come to realization that how much I love Labuan, I can’t never called it a home. I’m a proud KK-ian & will still called KK home, even if I married to a Labuan guy (touchwood) or guy from Labuan, sorry peeps. 
Oh i noticed that the double cheese burger in Labuan look exactly like in the advertisement! OMG. U can’t never get that perfect double cheese burger in KK or even in KL. The way they presented it was so perfect. Two thumbs up! (sorry, no photos. I’m too lazy to use my baby)
I’ll be arriving BKI at about 9.25ish. ah. finally. Need my bed so badly.
Heroes season finale!!! OMG. I LOVE Nathan Petrelli but will I be able to contain my love for him for the next Volume 5 since … he is Sylar? Oh no! I just hope that the power that Matt Parkman has able to change one soul and not just the physical.
BTW, somebody hasn’t keeping in contact with me. I wonder why? Move on already?
Hello! It’s tuesday morning & McD LBU airport becoming my temporary workstation for today. Taken the earliest (and the only morning flight) from BKI for my 2 pm appointment with the DOE officer at my Project site today. I’ll be flying back to BKI at 9.50 pm. OMFG. I’m spending my whole tuesday in Labuan for a 1-2 hours site visit.
Anyhow… I’m facebook-ing, MSN-ing, and reading some report examples so I’m not totally wasting my time here. Lucky that I brought my macbook along with me, or else I would be killing myself over boredom by now. ha,ha.
Though I’m free, I’m running out of idea on what to blog about now. So I shall stop here, or else I’ll be wasting your time reading some useless writing from a gal trying to kill time.
I went to the gym last night for my cardio dance & workout. I realized that my arms getting bigger in diameter due to the dumbell workout. I shall stop my weight resistance workout for a week or so.
Oh did I mentioned that I swear that I will never ever board on fokker 50 anymore after the SDK-BKI incident. Oh I swear my heart almost stop beating when I saw the fokker parked at the A4 gate. Darn.
MASwings should be changing all their planes to ATR by now!! No more Fokker! Urgh. I hate it. I just hope that my flight back to BKI wouldn’t be a fokker (I hope so, it’s a transit flight from KUL).
I’m figuring out what to do in Labuan before and after the appointment. After all, I’ve about 10 hours to kill.

Hey ya all! Just a quick update on this lovely sunday night. Life been a routine here in KK in which I hate the most but some tiny dust spark made it a lil’ interesting lately. Work-wise, I’m finishing every Project and I’m anticipated to start the new, huge ones. Better opportunity brings bigger responsibility. Argh. You know what I mean?
Ain’t going to complaint about it & I am accepting it with arms wide open.
For the past 2 months, I’ve been spending most of my time outside the house in which my parents start grumbling on me treating my house as a hotel. I always leave the house as early as i can for work & continue spending few hours in the gym, working out & then off to late night movie with someone. Phew, no wonder they are complaining.
But! I’m not a 12 year old gal trying to sneak out from the house to meet my crush. bluek. I am a responsible, young woman trying to balance the time for work & social life. I got to tell ya, once you start working, there will be less time to socialize and meeting new people. It is very hard to divide your time between work, life and family. Unless you are working for the family company, dating a guy that are your relative and he is already called a family even though you are not yet married to each other. ha,ha,ha,ha.
Anyway, I spent my weekend at home to topple up back again the time I spent outside the house, or else I’ll be getting that death stare again & the sour face. Sigh. Parents. Refused to fathom that their child has grown up. I’ll play by their rule but I’ll twist it to my liking and whal-la! win-win situation. I’m a genius. bluek!
Having serious conversation with the great one at San Francisco Coffee yesterday & I confessed my lust on iphone to the great one 
I even ran to the Warisan Maxis Centre to get the rate plan for further discussion. I am tempted but I’m having second thought. Unless I got it for free -iPhone Singtel from rich girlfriend like some people, I won’t be having a second thought.
I never stop humming on foolish senses & heaven by Estrella. Estrella is the local indie band with jazz/acoustic/pop rock genre. Oh I looooooove foolish senses! Apart from that, I’m currently listening to Mocca too, Indonesian music band with a lil influence of swing, bossanova and jazz. I am particularly liking the ‘it’s over now’.
I think I’m infatuated… with jazz. ha,ha,ha. What are you thinking?
I can’t wait for Dinawan trip!! woohoo! Oh, and I’ll be flying to Labuan this week and next week too for site inspection and one-stop agency meeting. *knee shaking, sweating, shivering* Wish me luck!

My workout? Oh I love every minute of it & I am currently building up a 6 pax. Yes, laugh. I am almost thereeeee (more tricep & lower back workout needed) but one think that I hate, I’m losing my boobs. Not losing ‘losing’ but as in, I used to have bigger boobs than now & all these workout make it shrink. Maybe it’s the ideal, real deal size of mine but I need those fat to accumulate there! I hate push-ups! and ain’t that sexy without any support anymore. OK perkier, nicer but I need to get those fat again to accumulate to my chest. ha,ha! Enough said!
Getting a decent monthly income will automatically entitled you to get a card. credit card to be exact. I am more than qualified to get one now but I refrain myself from getting one. Why? I don’t want to be in debt & I can’t control my spending.
But then, I need a card to make online purchases, book airline tickets, and etc which require a credit card. *sigh*
Instead of a credit card, I opt for a debit card. Purchases I made deducted straight from my account; paying with my own money & owe the bank nothing. Sounds like a good plan.
I applied Maybankcard Visa Debit months ago & I have been happily using it for swapping all over stores that carry Visa logo
Nice looking debit card. Cute. Very useful. I like. My lifesaver when I was in Labuan Airport. I booked ticket for my LBU-BKI flight last week prior to my KL graduation trip through Malaysia Airlines online booking. It was a time-out session booking & I got to call their 1-300 call centre to confirm the ticket booking. They said the flight confirmed & they shall send the itinerary to my email but until 5 hours before the flight, I have yet still to receive any email from them. I was pissed off. The MAS ticketing office in Labuan Airport said my payment was auto-reversed & I got to pay at the counter if I wanted to take that flight back to KK. I got no choice but I was running out of cash. They charged me 245MYR for a LBU-BKI and I only got 150MYR in my purse. Lucky there’s a debit card.
However, though Visa debit saved my life in Labuan, I can’t upgrade my flickr free account to pro. I need a Visa card that can be used for online transaction & verified by paypal. Maybank debit visa is not build for online purchases and withdrawal, yet. What a bummer.
(I wonder.. If it can’t be used for online purchases and withdrawal, it can’t be called a debit card then? Perhaps the right term would be electronic ATM? hmmm but it still deducted from you bank account, so.. )
Again, when these things happened, I start doing a research on which is a good card *debit card ahem* to apply for my second card. I’m hoping I can get a debit card with a mastercard logo this time.
At first, I wanted to apply PB Visa Electron Debit Card but then I decided not to. Though there are so many good review on the card but I personally feel it’s not good for me. Why?
1. It’s yellow. ew. Not that I hate yellow but it doesn’t look attractive. Mwhahahaha.
2. Annual fees as compared to Maybank Visa *which is FOC*
3. other reasons which I’m too lazy to jot it down here.
I was thinking of getting IKEA card too as it offers good bargain for purchases I made in IKEA. I do spend A LOT when I visited IKEA store but hey, IKEA Mutiara Damansara is 2 hours and a half away from my house. So, a cup of Swedish coffee/tea at 50% off and discounted swedish meal (meatballs!) doesn’t apply to me everyday. *sigh* and how am I gonna accumulate points when I visit their store once in say, 3 months? oh anyway, it is a IKEA Friends Loyalty Payment Card.
After hours of reading review from various blogs/forums/bank websites/etc, I’ve decided to get a Tune Visa card. It is a prepaid card where you need to top-up in order to use the card. And it is paypal-friendly. LOL.
I don’t have to worry getting over-spending my kaching straight from the account & it’s RED.
Nice card! I will collect my TUNE card at Likas Post Office in 10 days time.

I will be away from Kota Kinabalu the whole week of next week (note: Monday to Saturday) as I will be flying to Labuan for a field work/site assessment for oil & gas scheduled waste & then off to KL for my convocation ceremony.
I am terribly nervous going to the field as I am not really prepared mentally to adopt to the oil & gas environment; let alone assessing the chemical spill, types of scheduled waste and so on.
Argh. And the remaining day of the week, I am pack with my two on-going Projects. I have submitted the draft report for the mixed development to the client and I am preparing the reply-complaint letter for another Project.
I am terribly busy. I got no time to wash my graduation robe & argh! I got to go to the nearest studio and take picture as that would be the typical routine for the graduates upon receiving their scroll.

I have no idea. Please help me!
I am particularly not in the mood to blog but i am forcing myself to now. ah. I’ve been extremely busy with work today. I have finished my part for Labuan project but still pending due to figures & the water sampling results sent to laboratory in Kuching to be incorporated into the report
I think the worst thing that starting to happen to me now is that i bring work-related stuff to my dream. Gosh, I was so freaking pissed when i woke up today because i dreamt of work. I mean, dream is another dimension (beside holiday gateway) that you can free your mind from your everyday chores/tasks. I shouldn’t bring work-related stuff to my dream. dang!
I can’t help myself becoming more chatty in the office too. ah. I can’t stop my mouth from talking once I’m comfortable with the surrounding people. Bad, bad habit. I am quite a reserved-person. I don’t talk a lot. I am losing myself now. ah!
I’m in need of little holiday/chill out gateway from work. I have already planned with my friend to go to the sunset bar, Nexus to hang out & enjoy the scenery particularly during sunset. I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
Oh! another depressing-became-(oh-I’m-so-relieved)-news! I received a letter from *cough* stating that I got the job for the previous interview that I’m so NOT totally anticipated attending it. NOT! LOL. When I saw that letter, I pretend that I didn’t see it & I became depressed. I even have the thought of just throwing the letter without even opening it. But i DID opened it. and yep, UNfortunately I didn’t get the job. Weeeeeeeee!
Wierd huh.
Another colleague of mine telling me that they *cough* might increase the minimum requirement/ experience to register as an environmental consultant with the department. Not yet a confirmed news but totally not a good news. They are going to increase the requirement from 2 years to 3 years experience involvement this sphere in order to register yourself as a consultant. dang.
Oh, don’t even think of registering with the federal DOE. Minimum requirement is 5 years experience and/or handled 12 EIA projects. ah.

On the other hand, one of the technician just came back from Labuan & bought what I ordered from him, Lindt dark chocolate Madagascar & Equador. YUMMY.
Yep. I’ve said it. I have this bias towards female driver. I am a female myself but I don’t consider myself as one when I’m behind the wheel. Since last week, i feel totally irritated when someone driving in front of my car (and yes, female driver). I don’t have ill feelings toward them but they keep on giving me different signal, drive too SLOW, pressing the brake every split second (I’m sure they’ll hit the brake pedal on encountering an ant crossing the road, sigh) and etc.
Same thing happened again when I was on the way home. Upon reaching junction to my house; this dark blue Range Rover drove at 50 km/h on the right lane, 600 m before turning right to the junction. I was like, WTF! Lucky, that Range Rover model is one of my favourite 4WD car. If not, I would be probably cursing it from that junction to my house. Heh.
I just realized that the blue Range Rover is actually my neighbor. She lives in the same housing estate but in different lane. AGAIN, I kinda pissed off with her/the household because they have too many car till they have to park at the road in front of their house. Come on lah! Why don’t you buy a house with BIGGER porch to accommodate your SL-Class, 3-Series BMW, Range Rover, Toyota Cygnus/Lexus LX470 (honestly, I can’t identify which one is theirs), Prado and etc. Gosh.
On a lighter note,
We (the executive) changed the arrangement of our desks this morning. The boss is not happy with the layout of our desk because one of the desk is blocking the plug point & she wants the point the be reachable. sigh. So, we moved the desk, redo the electricity connection and the network wiring. dang!
Oh, I received my first Environmental Management Plan (EMP) project today. EMP is a continual report meant as one of the necessary report required for projects under DOE. My project location is in Labuan, Federal Territory. So it is obvious all projects would be under DOE. She gave me 2 weeks to complete the EMP. It was quite straight forward but I need to read up on it too before starting the report tomorrow. I’ve contacted relevant parties to request for information needed for the report today. Hopefully they’ll get back to me ASAP.
